And the universe will send more of that abundance in your way.

You may also focus on self-care. After doing the things that can make you feel good, now you will focus on self-care.
You may start by having a good sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising.
Self-care is proven to help you feel happy because it allows your mind to rest from the things that are bothering you.
In that way, your mind can have a chance to recharge, and after that, you can have a strong mind that can face all challenges in life.
Act with love and kindness
Another thing that can help you feel good and happy is acting with love and kindness.
Try to be more helpful with other people and express love to the people close to you.
And show kindness to every people that you meet every day.
Expressing those emotions can create and leave you a happy feeling.
Remember that you will do these things without expecting something in return. These actions should be filled with pure love and kindness.
