It is better to write your manifestations in your journal notebook to expand your thoughts and be clear and precise about what you want to happen.

Write down the things you want to happen, where you want to be taken out, and what type of date you want? Friendly date? Dinner date? Romantic date? Or a hangout?

Anything you want to manifest should be written in your journal notebook.

If you have a specific person that you want to manifest, include their name, age, birthday, and other features that will describe the person.

You have to avoid giving mixed signals to the universe, as the universe may get confused about your manifestations and might give you the outcome you did not expect.

Aside from thinking about the things you want to manifest, also think of why you want to manifest these things.

List down all the reasons you have in your mind, and choose a reason that will inspire you to keep on manifesting and avoid giving up.

Your reasons will also identify whether your manifestations will attract positive or negative energy. 

This will have a significant impact on your manifestations, as the outcome will be based on what type of energy you will attract.

If your reason for manifesting is that you feel lonely, you feel unattractive, or you want to make someone jealous, you need to stop manifesting.

Manifesting with negative reasons will only give you a negative outcome, making you feel frustrated and mess things in your head.

But if you manifest with a positive reason, then your manifestations will come into your reality at the right time, and you will attract more positive outcomes to your life.

You have to know that you are attracting the same energy you are putting out to the universe in manifesting.

The next step is to visualize them asking you out.

This step will have a significant impact in making your manifestations come to your reality, as this visualization will help you tap into the energy of having your manifestations.

To visualize, go to a place where there will be no distractions. Take deep breaths and calm yourself. You can meditate if you want.

If you are manifesting a specific person to ask you out, visualize them, how they look, their posture, and what type of clothes they will wear when they ask you out.

Create a strong picture of them in your mind. After that, think about how you want them to ask you out, your reaction, how you would feel, and how you will respond to that.

Next is to visualize what are the things you will do for the date, how will you spend your time together, what are the things you want to do with them.

Visualize how you want them to ask you out, what are the things you want to do, and what type of date you want to happen.

Visualize yourself getting ready for it and that they are on their way to fetch you.

And then feel the energy and the emotions you felt while visualizing, allow the positive energies to roam in your mind, live with that feeling and play with it.

While visualizing, the emotions you feel will help you make your manifestations come to your reality.

Repeat visualization anytime you can and want. You can add emotions and scenes, too, if you want.

Acknowledge and eliminate limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs are the negative thoughts that cause doubts in your mind, which could be why your manifestations take time and cause delays.

Limiting beliefs usually come from your experiences, traumas, and sometimes judgment from people close to you. 

Some examples of limiting beliefs are:

“I am not attractive.”

“I don't think I will be asked for a date.”

“I don't think my manifestations will work.”

“I am just wasting my time.”

You have to eliminate these limiting beliefs, as it is not helping you and your manifestations. Instead, it causes delays and blockage. However, it may be challenging as it can trigger your trauma.

You don't need to rush to eliminate limiting beliefs all at once. You can take them out one by one. 

To start, you need to acknowledge them first; you cannot eliminate something if you are not acknowledging it.

After that, you can observe that the limiting beliefs are not valid and only exist in your mind. And by that, eliminating them will be easier.

Recite positive affirmation

Another way to get rid of the limiting beliefs you have in your mind is to recite positive affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that can bring positive energy and thoughts to your mind.

It removes your negative thoughts and also replaces them with positive ones.

It also helps you boost your confidence which can make high vibrational energy, which could also help you in making your manifestations your reality.

Here are some of the affirmations that you can use:

“I will be asked on a date.”

“I deserve love.”

“I am attractive and beautiful.”

“I want (their name) to ask me on a date.”

Those are the positive affirmation that you can use daily. You can search for other examples online or make your affirmation if you can.

You need to recite an affirmation that applies to your current situation.

Recite affirmation every morning to start your day with positive energies. You can also recite some if you think that your mind will be filled with negative energies.

Repeatedly reciting positive affirmations can help you surround yourself with positive thoughts, behavior, and energy.

Focus on self-love

This step may sound cliché, but this can contribute a lot to manifesting anything, including manifesting someone to ask you out.

If you have never been on a date or feel insecure that no one asks you out may have a significant impact on how you see yourself.

You may think that you are ugly or not attractive enough to be asked on a date. However, these feelings can make low vibrational energy which can cause delays in your manifestations.

You have to focus on yourself and start noticing all the good features and traits you have. You may not know about this, but the way you see yourself will also be how other people see you.

If you want another person to see you as a confident fine person, the first thing you need to do is to think that you always look good, that you are fine.

You can start by taking care of yourself by simply doing this, you can lift your energy, and your lifestyle will start to align. Always have a good sleep, eat healthy foods, work out, etc.

You may also start to think of a style that will fit your body and physical features. If you think that your style is not attractive, find something that can make you feel good about yourself.

Start doing the things you want to do with yourself. In that way, you are enjoying your own company, and you may start to appreciate and look at the good things you have.

You may also self-reflect and observe the traits you think you need to improve on. What are the traits that you think can make you lose your confidence? 

Make yourself better by doing that.

Let go and let the universe lead the way

So, after manifesting someone to ask you out on a date, you need to let go of that desire and wait for the universe to send you the outcome.

Many people fail to do this step, as they keep holding on to the manifestations that lead them to obsess about it.

This doesn't seem right. Being obsessed about it can cause delays and blockage in your manifestations, making you feel more desperate and frustrated about it.

You have to let go of it and trust the universe and yourself that someday your manifestations will come to your reality.
