The first thing in manifesting is to know what you want to manifest.

You may be thinking of manifesting lots of things right now, but it is better to focus on one thing at a time, it is because if you are manifesting many things at a time, your focus will be divided.

Aside from that, being clear on what you want to manifest is essential. In this manifestation, you will focus on the thought of your manifestations for 17 seconds.

If you are unsure about it, you may get destructed in the middle of focusing on that thought. So, take your time and think of a specific thing you want to manifest.

Visualize what you want to manifest

The next step in manifesting within 17 seconds is to visualize that you already have your visualization. 

This technique is powerful, as it lets you tap into the energy of having your manifestations. Remember that in manifestations, the feelings are the one that attracts.

Focus on the thought for 68 seconds

After the 17-second focus on thought, you still need to hold that thought for another 51 seconds. The work does not end after 17 seconds.

In this step, you need to focus on the good-feeling thought for another three cycles of 17 seconds. All in all, you need to focus on it for 68 seconds.

You may set a timer for 51 seconds and then put your focus again on the thing you want to manifest. 

Close your eyes, and submit all positive thoughts, emotions, and feelings coming up.

Every 17 seconds that pass by as you focus, the vibration of the thought becomes stronger and stronger.

And after 68 seconds of focusing on the thought, its vibration will be strong enough to manifest in your life.

Practice gratitude

After focusing on the thought for 68 seconds, now is the time that you will show gratitude to the universe.

You will thank the universe for everything you have in your life, whether material things, better life situations, or significant life lessons.

You may also show gratefulness for the things that will come into your life.

And as you show gratitude to the universe, they will get signals that you want more of that abundance and send you more of that abundance.

Also, practicing gratitude has an excellent impact on keeping your vibrations high and making your manifestations come into your reality faster.

Let go 

The last step in manifesting in 17 seconds is to let go of your manifestations and let the universe do the work.

Since you are done focusing on the thought for 68 seconds, you are now aligned with the thing you want to manifest in your life.

The next thing you will do is to let go of it and trust that the universe is doing its thing about your manifestations.

You have to be patient in this step and know that the universe will give you your manifestations at the right time.

It would help if you also were open to all the possibilities and opportunities that may come your way, as those things are from the universe.

And that would help you in making your manifestations come into your reality.

How to Manifest something in 17 Seconds using the 369 Method?

Decide your Manifestations

The first thing you need to know is what you want to manifest. Being clear on what you want is essential in manifesting.

You may get a journal notebook and write the things you want to manifest, and from there, you will create an affirmation.

Your affirmation should start with gratitude and should only last for 17 seconds. This affirmation could be two-sentence long.

In writing your manifestations, you must write them in the present tense and avoid using “I want” or “I will.”

Write your manifestations three times.

The next thing you will do is get your journal and then write your 17-second affirmation, and you will do this every morning after you wake up.

While writing your manifestations, you will feel having your manifestations. You can do it by visualizing how you would feel once you receive your manifestations.

Your feelings will help make your manifestations come into your reality in manifesting. So, it would help if you focused on your feelings while manifesting.

After writing your manifestations, you will release your desires, go on in your daily life, and avoid holding on to them throughout the day.

Write your manifestations six times

The next thing you need to do is write your manifestations six times; you will do this at lunchtime. Repeat the steps that you did while writing your manifestations in the morning.

Remember that it is essential that you will feel your emotions while writing it. It would also help if you would often smile while manifesting.

You can start will a forced smile, and as time goes by, it will become a natural smile.

Write your manifestations nine times

After writing your manifestations in the morning and at lunchtime, you will write your manifestations nine times before bed.

It is the same procedure as what you did in the morning and at lunchtime.

Do this for 33 days
