It’s okay to have either a short or long goal. What’s important is that it’s specific and from the heart. It should be positively written and in the present tense as well. Be grateful! Express your gratitude for the desire you are about to receive.

Write your affirmation/goal

After you have decided on your desire, you can start writing it. Make sure to put it in a positive tone, as if it has already happened. It’s more of a declaration. The words you write will resonate and release energy. When you have positive affirmations, they will also release positive energy.

After the gratitude exercise to tune your mind, you can now think about your goal. Concentrate and focus on your purpose for 5 – 10 minutes. You can compare this to daydreaming.

Draw a picture in your head about how you would picture the goal come true. What does it look like? How do you feel? Be in the now. Feel the moment and think of your plan as existent. Think of it as if you already have it now. Bring it to the present.
