Communication is key to deeper understanding and accomplishing our goals. Being Communicatively competent is a skill a lot of people try to master. There are even courses designed to enhance your skills in communication.

Well, indeed, it is vital for the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. The words we release are either good or bad. The things we release possess energies also. The words that come out of your mouth can either bless or curse.

The Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is also called the Vishuddha Chakra in Sanskrit. It is the fifth one of the seven major chakras. The Vishuddha Chakra is located at the center of the neck. Vishuddha means “especially pure.”

Vishuddha Chakra is responsible for communication. Generally, expression of thoughts, feelings, ideas to ourselves and others. This energy point is also responsible for striking balance in speaking and listening.

Blocked Throat Chakra

This energy point is in charge of seeking truth, social skills, and our integrity and honor. When this chakra is in balance, you can express yourself openly and genuinely. However, when it is out of balance, we struggle and have difficulties in speaking and listening.

You tend to develop a fear of expressing yourself, and you ignore the voice inside us. Since this chakra is also responsible for listening, we may build difficulty listening to others. The physical manifestation of a throat chakra imbalance includes sore throat, neck, and shoulder pain.

Chakras play a huge role in the energy flow in your body. When a chakra is blocked or out of balance, you can physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually experience problems. They play a role in all aspects of your life. The emotional effects of a blocked chakra are shyness, insecurity, anxiety around others, unable to express self, or choosing not to speak at all. On the contrary, one can also act rashly, gossip, complain, talk aggressively without thinking, dominate, and not allow for correction.

You should be mindful of blockages and act upon them as soon as possible. These blockages hurt your peace and stains your harmonious relationship with people.
